Making friends worldwide, one song at a time
“This selection of music represents a wide variety of the songs I like to play with my friends and at public performances.”
In 1963 Brian first heard Bob Dylan on his brother’s stereo and started playing and writing protest songs. By 1966 he had started a rock and roll band and was playing at high school dances and house parties. After transferring to WWU in Bellingham, Washington, Brian met Donnie Martin, Bill Bernard, Greg Bigsby, and Mark Carroll. During that time his focus changed to Blues and Western Swing. Recently Brian and Patty traveled the Mississippi Blues Trail which is something he’d wanted to do since the ‘60s.
